  Total katastrof vid incheckningen, treoligtvis oerfaren personal - this hotel is excellent. the staff are fantastic and very very friendly. the hotel also has a great roof garden and pool and is perfectly located for the beach and, more importantly from my point of view, a metro station that means you can get into Centro etc very quickly and smooth... vad folk säger » ly. this is a really good hotel and i strongly recommend it. the buffet breakfast is good too. top marks all round! - The location and the service from the staff of the hotel were exellent.

  We are from Vietnam and stayed here during carnaval festival. We really exciting to stay here. The staff is very friendly even they can not speak english. The room facility is basic but clean. Bathroom is small but still ok for budget travelling. The breakfast is excelent. Services is really good. Location is near the beach, just two block from th... vad folk säger » e hotel. It's easy to take taxi or bus. In summarry, I would like to say thank you for the staffs with their helpfull during our stay. Wishing the hot - Great welcoming staff and always ready to help when needed...great breakfast in the room,no need to rush for a buffet downstairs...the staff was very helpfull in giving directions of how to get to the touristic places...the hotel is going through some renovation as needed but overall a great place to stay near everything u need in Rio...would recommend to anyone.

  Frukosten var jätte bra, mycket gott att välja bland. Utsikten över Kristus statyn från rummet var härligt, dock har inte många rum det. Mysigt pool område me utsikt över statyn. Man kan även basta och bada sent. Det var inte en ända kotte där uppe om kvällarna. - Breakfast is good, though every day the same,... staff is helpful, which is really ... vad folk säger » good because people around generally don't speak english so need a lot of advice about where to eat, where to have coffee etc, because not everything in the area looks safe...beach is really close, 5 min walk ;) - The door keys were modern and technological. It was nice that the room had three different rooms; it fits very well in my group of friends. It also has a nice view (you can even see the Corcovado Christh from there!) and the refrigerator has plenty of food.

  Very happy with our experience in this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom had bidet and a bathtub!!! VERY difficult to find in Brazil. There are also a swimming pool, a sport center and a sauna available, all very clean and well kept. Breackfast is outstanding!! It looked as it were lunch as well: fruits, juices, differents type... vad folk säger » s of cakes and sweet dishes, different types of bread and cold meat, and hot dishes: bacon, eggs, hamburgers, etc. Never saw such a complete breakfast - The room size is great, very spacious. The breakfast is very well served with plenty of variety and excellent quality, the sweets are particularly delicious.

  We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. Priscilla, Juliana and Dyego were always helpful and... vad folk säger » had great suggestions for places to eat, tours, and even a laundromat. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values
