  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   This place is exactly what it said it would be a budget hotel near the airport. The shuttle was marked, there was wifi in my room, (even though it did take a few tries to connect it) and it was enough bandwidth to stream shows. I just buffered them while I ate dinner at the restaurant.   I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. - Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point.   Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. We were offered to sit in the beautiful spacious garden. Ann offered us a drink. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.

  Location was great, breakfast was awsome for 10 euros. Parking on street in front of hotel for only 5 euros. We highly recommend this hotel - The location is very central and the staff were very helpful.
