The owners were so helpful and wonderful. We were in a heatwave and they came by to bring us a new fan that they just bought for us out of courtesy.

Just returned from a fantastic weekend staying in the Hotel Le Nid d'Izel Gaume-Ardenne with a group of 20+ friends and Marc & his wife took such good care of us all!
Fluent in English they went beyond the usual call of duty helping us to arrange restaurant and taxi reservations (not easy for 20+ people!!) and let us fully explore their fine selection of Belgian beers (I dare anyone to try the Trappist Monk Challenge!!)

Very nice place to get a feeling of an original castle of the 19th century. Antique furniture. The rooms are very stylish and clean, beautiful view of the countryside from the windows. About 5 minutes by car to the town of spa with a historical wellness town and a similar distance to nice forested hills for hiking in the ardennes. We had a very good time.

We arrived late and had missed an e-mail from the owner but he arrived within five minutes of calling him. The apartment was warm and well furnished. The owner was very helpful. -
