  Everything was just perfect, the staff was very kind, available, respond quickly and solve any problem ! Big size of the rooms, nespresso, little terrasse, location very central, possibility to park easily - Luxury feel to hotel and in great location (although we made the mistake of coming when everything was closed).   I had a lovely and comfortable time staying at the Resience. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and there was a super roof-top garden that I could access. My apartment was lovely - and when I had to skip a couple of Fatima's delicious breakfasts (because of work demands), they dropped by fruit, yogurts, and cereal bars! The building is a delight - and atmosphere, old worldly and comfortable. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

  This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, continental but all very fresh and good quality not like some other dodgy ones that I've had in some big chains. Also very walkable to all the chocolatiers, royal palace & town hall etc The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space - Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus.
