  The staff at the hotel are great, there is a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the rooms are clean and the service is fantastic. Location is excellent, and free wifi access in the room adds to the many advantages of this hotel.   This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, continental but all very fresh and good quality not like some other dodgy ones that I've had in some big chains. Very close to one of the main pedestrian shopping streets, so pack an em... vad folk säger » pty bag. Also very walkable to all the chocolatiers, royal palace & town hall etc The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space - Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative. Very friendly and helpful staff. Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP. Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.
