  Marc and Sonja are a very friendly couple and nothing is too much trouble to make your stay enjoyable. We had a problem with our car during our stay and they helped us tremendously - making phone calls to garages, driving us to collect the car and lending us bikes to use. Given that it was also the begining of a two week holiday in Belgium and man... vad folk säger » y places were closed we cannot thank them enough for their help and concern. The B&B is bright, clean and airy and you have the use of a fridge an - Sat nav co-ordinates worked perfect to reach B & B. I had informed of a very early arrival to Sonia, owner and if we could leave our bags and use a loo etc. She was brilliant and as the room was available she had got it ready as we arrived at 09 30 hrs. Mark* her husband spent quite some time with us to outline numerous places of interest concerned with WW1 fields and wrote down a detailed list of proposed sights to view. they were both very welcoming and made us feel easy to move around.   Our host was very welcoming and helpful recommending a wonderful restaurant for dinner and giving directions for thecarea. The room facilities were excellent and everything well kept and clean. Breakfast was excellent and included a wonderful continental selection and the best bacon and eggs. We were able to leave our bags while we explored the... vad folk säger » town centre and evetything from the train station, town centre and Menen Gate was in short walking distance. We had a great stay - Thank you - The location was excellent just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ypres. The room was luxurious and well equipped; there were also tea and coffee making facilities. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and gave us some good information about where to go and what to see, useful and important when you're only staying for one night! Breakfast was huge - cracking quality and a good opportunity to meet fellow guests.

  Host Luc was charming, knowledgeable and helpful. Little things like chocolates for the children and maps and guidebooks helped to make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with lovely modern design (children particularly liked the raised bed!), shower was v. good, and breakfast was thoughtfully done too.
