  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. Bra läge för sommar-vandring - Good atmosphere, friendly staff, exellent access to ski lifts on the doorstep (although skiing off the mountain is a black run). - Staff and rooms were great. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

  Made very welcome by the hosts, excellent room clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were first class and information about the area was readily available much of it given to us when we arrived.   Really nice little place. The family that runs it is very friendly. The breakfast was good and always slightly different each day. Excellent value for money. Room was comfortable. Could have been a little closer to Zell am See, the walk to the city center is 45 minutes but the south gondola is nearby so not an issue for skiing.
