Get in early, we got the room at 11:30 in the morning it earlier than is usually the case.
New and renovated apartment is great, especially the apartment has everything for cooking and a long stay.
Prime location 3 minutes walk from the train.

The apartment included amenities such as a dishwasher and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.

The view from my room was great - Votivekirche just outside your windows.
The room was spacious and clean (room service every day), all the necessary staff provided.
The bathroom was a good size and towels were changed daily.
The staff are always ready to help and you can get all the information (they work until 9pm).
The place is quiet, you never get disturbed by other visitors, you can relax after a hard sightseeing day.
Absolute peace and friendly atmosphere.
Real value for money.

We loved pretty much everything about this apartment, especially Alex
who manages the place. Anything extra we needed he made sure it happened
even though there is no 'on site' reception. About the only
potential downside is having a late flight or delay in arriving and thus

The apartment on Herminengasse was clean and well equipped. Within 2 minutes walking distance there is a nice grocery store (Billa), and a U-Bahn station (Schottenring). Also the Augarten is only 5 minutes walk away, and Stephansplatz is 15 min away. So, all in all very well located.
