  Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning. Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very close to the Strand, but still peaceful and calm in the even... vad folk säger » ing/night. Perfect. Recommend to all. - The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from booking my skydive for me to charging my phone when my charger broke. Tabitha and Steve were such lovely people, I wish I had more time there. The apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely pool. It was also in a nice, quiet location very close to the Strand.

  The staff were extremely friendly and happy to give me a room with a city view after already allocating our room. The view was magical and the location was central. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from my own bed and the facilities were beautiful....perfect for my romantic getaway... - The reception staff upon arrival were exce... vad folk säger » llent. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. The complimentary drinks at the Metropole were a great idea and we would definitely stay there again. We also liked that the rooms were couple off so that anyone entering the room had to get through two doors.

  We stayed for 6 nights and the spaciousness of the apartment was ideal for that. Staff were obliging. Location was excellent for our purpose.
