Awesome people there.Felt so at home.Didnt bother us in any way. Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. Rooms were clean and spacious. The area was close to shops and easy to find. Staff were helpful.

All round good experience. Location. Easy access to everything that we required. The breakfast was excellent. The facilities in the room were good, except the shower. Free Internet is a nice touch but only works very close to reception. Photos online made it look much more spacious than really was - room for 5 was quite squishy!. Couldn't open a window, no screens. Nothing. Games room not available at advertised times. The shower. The bird roaming around and the cage, etc in the reception area - a bit off-putting when checking in and not conducive to a clean work area. The air con was noisy. Found it hard to sleep. The window lock was broken. Asked for extra pillow which never arrived. No towel rails Noisy air con. over charged very poor air conditioning for example just bairly cool at the middle of the night. very old tv broken tv remotes 1 spoon to 6 cups for the coffee supplied no cold water jug in the fridge taps in shower marked cold were actually hot and vice versa. bathroom incredibly small for what was to be a 5 family size room over all will never stay there again ..... Room change because there was three of us. TV remote held together by sticky tape. Iron burn on floor. Air con old & noisy. The room was classed as family size when it was very small. when smoking in the allocated smoking area we were asked to limit our smoking. A toaster was provided but no cutlery or plates. it was a very uncomfortable accommodation. The manager accused us of smoking pot. There was another guest smoking. The bunk bed didn't have a safety bar, the baby fell out and my husband had to sleep in the top bunk. There was no milk for tea or coffee. Overall it was one of the worst places we have stayed. And will never book there again. Don't recommend this establishment to us again. Thankyou.
