  Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up! We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground. A BIG bonus was the pantry and laundry complete with an iron:) Would surely RETURN, when needed for a stay. - The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and we appreciated her knowledgeable of the area. The lodge has a lovely character, was very clean, up to date in design and comfortable. Its also central to the uni, a lively pocket of wonderful little restaurants and general shopping.

  Excellent and friendly staff. Clean and nicely presented room. The facilities were lovely and the bed very comfortable. Would defiantly stay there again.   Great customer service - I appreciated the phone call before I arrived and that I was asked if I wanted a room with a view. It was lovely to look out and see the lights of Sydney.   The staff were very friendly. We requested for an early check in time which they made it happen. They took care of the taxi rental reservation on the way back to the airport the next day. They even tried to put us as far form the pub as possible. There is a bistro down stairs so food was no problem. The latter is available in the laundry room.   It is a very convenient location for any events at the Sydney Showground. The free parking is a bonus too. And the price was also very reasonable. - It was close to our location of our weekend and had a lot of facilities in the general area. The manager was very polite and helpful.
