  The warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff, always ready to help you. The room was on the front, attractive, comfortable, airy and immaculately clean and maintained. The location in the Rocks is brilliant - step across the road and you're on Circular Quay. Sydney never disappoints and The Russell helped to make our stay memorable especially for m... vad folk säger » y sister who was visiting for the first time. - It was just a 2 minute walk from the train stop that runs all the way from the airport in just 20 minutes. Very easy to access. Friendly staff. Very clean. We had a room with shared bathroom and it was very clean and big + for the Molton Brown schampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms :) The room very beautiful decorated. Old fashioned in a good way.

  your staff were very helpful and friendly we found the few days we stayed great , I know you are doing renovations at the moment and if people can actually survive the shock of walking through the front door not from anything visual but just the noise I'm sure they would be more than happy with there stay especially as we did and closeness to Sydn... vad folk säger » ey domestic terminal. overall had a great stay. Thankyou . - I stayed here only one night but found the hotel quite satisfactory. It is close to the airport and van service - both to and from - was convenient and reliable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and very helpful.

  Easy to find, plenty of parking. Good sized room. Everything in the room worked & was nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Helpfull staff. We had a room at the back - so it was very quiet even though the motel is on a busy road (recommend to ask for this). - Staff were friendly and helpful.   I never write reviews... But for this one, I make an exception. It's à nice hotel for people who want privacy and who want to arrange everything by theirselves. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed! There is à kitchen, where you can make your own breakfast. And bathrooms, although shared, are clean. Moreover, cheaper restaurants are nearby, instead of the restaurants - The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.
