The pool was brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!!!!! Apartment was spacious and full of natural light. Very well designed. BBQ was fantastic. Loved the location. Staff were always helpful. Waterfalls and garden setting works really well, very pleasant environment to come home to each day. We had a great time at The Rise. We especially enjoyed the large, clean and spacious apartment with the large balcony, the great views and the separated bedrooms. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The pool is very pleasant. Very quiet surroundings.
alla recensioner » Very easy to deal with, great advice about resteraunts etc. Rooms were clean comfortable and had beautiful views. Even though late check out was not available they stored our bags and allowed access to pool and towels on our last day. The Rise has an absolutely fantastic location with stunning views. We had a penthouse with views to pool and ocean in uber modern stylish apartment. Definitely going back to this place. Had a great time in the relaxed environment. Enjoyed amazing food and wine with a beautiful atmosphere. Loved that we could take a short walk to get to everything we needed. Nice spacious quiet apartment with a beautiful pool area to relax in after a day at the beach. Easy stroll to Hastings Street for restaurants and shopping etc. The complex was beautifully landscaped and presented. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Its a high quality hotel apartment, very clean & tidy and well designed. We enjoyed our stay in the Rise Noosa. very modern spacious , excellent balcony plenty of cupboard space and nice view over towards hastings street. good views comfortable bed fairly spacious good pool upgrade to penthouse because of aircon breaking down. The proximity of the pub two doors up didn't make for quiet nights on Friday and Saturday - we had an apartment close to the road. It does not have a tennis court. Despite the unit description on the website there was no view to the ocean from our unit which was very disappointing. the smell from the shower floor waste in front of the toilet I had to pour boiling water down , it needs the trap cleaned. dead plants in garden outside bedroom balcony outside bedroom not swept or clean aircon. broke down resulting in poor sleep and having to leave front door open to allow breeze thro.(daytime) having to lug suitcases up steps. It just needed a long mirror. Little - flloors in the room could have been a bit cleaner but thats about it. Our early checkout but we did manage to extend it for 30mins. BBQ facilities would have been good. It was a little smelly from the drains and we could occasionally hear the peopl staying above us!. A little noisy being next to the pub. Lots of stairs on the property, difficult with the pram. stairs. Showers always over flowing onto the floor area in both showers.Looks like to me not big enough fall on the floor and not big enough drains in them. Floor was a bit dusty, needed mopping. Wi Fi was very very poor. Nothing. Very unclean, in fact I have never stayed at a resort that was so unkept. The units on the upper levels are musty and very damp. They did not restock our toiletries or clean the apartment/towels the whole time we were there. 2nd bedroom dark and damp-smelling. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, linen not great, drains in bathrooms smelt and overall cleanliness of townhouse was not great. Very noisy over weekend due to pub next door and noise from other apartments at night. The Rise Apartments did not meet our requirements. The rooms they show on the web site are so not like what we expected. No BBQ or Spa on the Roof Top? We asked for a Penthouse & got a standard 3 bedroom apartment Lift was not working when we arrived so we had to carry our bags up all the stairs. Not sure if we would stay again. Apartments (2) both tired, sofas filthy. Had to buy cleaning equipment to scrub sinks etc. Floors dirty and no bbq. Lack of kitchen equipment and no broom etc. The apartment was dissappointingly worn and tired. From the website photos, we expected modern decor, fittings and fixtures. Some cupboards in the kitchen did not close properly. The miele appliances appeared to the first models ever made as all needed upgrading. The leather in the lounge all split and cracked. Toilet in ensuite did not flash properly. Poolside did not have enough beds or chairs for all the guests, so our whole family of 6 had to lie on floor.
