  Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel. The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. Very quick checkin which helped because we had to be at a show within 30 ... vad folk säger » minutes. - Always enjoy our stay at Harbourview. It's perfect location to shops, transport, restaurants etc is what makes our trips so enjoyable. Staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions we have. Accommodates our early arrival when can and rooms are always to our liking. Thanks again to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable.

  I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines .   luxurious apartment! I booked three 2 bedrooms apartment for a big family of 7 adults and 5 kids. apartments were all clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out. The parking was great, the location was excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. The kids also loved the pool and the space in the unit was good for young kids

  Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

  Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset. However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding. I commend them for the service, the spotless room and the central location. Bob Langridge - i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

  The close proximity of the tram stops for all directions of the city was fabulous. Close to many lane way cafes and restaurants. Very clean and spacious apartment with full self contained amenities. Staff very helpful. - Location handy to eveything - trams nearby - good restaurants and convenience stores (although they charge a ridiculous price)- within a ten minute walk to Hadware Lane - great place to eat. Location also very quiet away from the hustle and bustle - we were a group of two couples and shared a two bed room apartment which was really nice. We would definitely book again.

  We stayed at Oaks on Market for two nights. The studio apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is close to Casino and night life, within 10 minutes by walking. So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird!   The Executive one bedroom apartment was great - 709. Spacious with a decent kitchen. The bathroom was very large - very suitable for someone with a disability. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy.
