Everything brand new and modern. It is in a new development (Uni Hill) so I can imagine at other times there would be a lot of construction in the neighbourhood. They don't tell you on the website, but it is close to an outlet shopping centre and the tram (albeit slow) direct to the city, both of which were unexpected bonuses. Location and the fact we were self-contained. All the comfort of our own space but still effectively a hotel. Hassle free servicved accommodation with good parking and would definitely recommend and use again.
alla recensioner » Very close walking distance to all facilities, e.g. shopping, restaurants, supermarket, gymnasium and undercover security parking. Also close to transport, although we had a hire car. Layout of room; fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and having two bathrooms available. Handy location to shops. Absolutely loved everything about the Quest. Highly recommend to everyone. Staff very friendly. Bridget was very helpful to my children and I. It is a real good place to stay and evrything is wonderful. Nice well equipped place with tasteful modern furniture. Very clean, neat, well set out room. Really Well kept. It was comfortable and the location was great for us. Clean, fresh and new building. Convenient location. Nice and spacious....very quiet. neat tidy comfortable. Great place. Lovely and quiet meaning restful sleep. Beds really comfortable. Bed and linen, kitchen facilities. I am not sure why staff would have to burst into an occupied serviced apartment at 9am given checkout is at 10am - I was in the shower, very disturbing. Nothing!. A fluorescent light above the bathroom mirror would be a bonus, giving better illumination. There were 5 people staying in the room, But only 4 towels. No plug for bath, tea towels, dish cloth. Had to keep contacting reception for help. Nothing. The room service was fairly weak in terms of cleaning the room. The internet service was so slow like a dial up!!. need a hand rail from shower over bath ...towel rails not that strong. Although not a huge thing, the lift was a trifle slow, maybe two lifts would have been better? Parking spaces were not numbered making it a bit tricky finding a space. Dust, spider, surprise $50 deposit on a credit card.
