The staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need and it all worked. Great location and within easy distance to both the airport and the city. Across from Moonee Race Course which was not a problem during our stay as there were no races on but I could see that it might get noisy during race season (which is probably ideal for race goers who want somewhere close to stay). Otherwise a quiet area and I can recommend the Bistro for dinner at the Race Course which is just a minute walk up the street.

The apartments are an older style which means that you do get some noise from the adjoining apartments. However, it is not enough to be a problem.

Individual lock up garage, lots of space and a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful when bookings.com failed to notify them we were coming.

Spacious. Well set up. Full kitchen and laundry plus dining space bathroom and large bedroom. Was very quiet and about a 15 minute walk to shopping strip. 5 to 10 minutes to tram into the city. Was a non race period and good price.

For what we required it was awesome. The kids were happy with the options and the layout was great.

Location was great. Facilities were great. Managers were great!!

Heating was cold downstairs but hot upstairs Front door lock was faulty but this was immediately fixed by a locksmith when we notified management. Great service !!

Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. Probably best to have a car though. Great for even three couples to share or large family. VERY spacious ( we had a three bedromm place) living area was huge with dining area and large kitchen. Fully stocked with all equipment needed to cook meals. Off street parking. It was two storey so if you have trouble with stairs leave it alone! Great bathroom. Everything was clean, bed and bedding fresh and very comfortable,

I had no problems because i am from Melbourne and know the area but it is out of town and some people may not like the location because of the drive to and from. It is very close to a major shopping street ( Puckle Street) and walking distance to public transport and restaurants.

Comfortable apartment, spacious and clean close to the local cafes and restaurants

Difficult to leave open windows and doors because of traffic noise and air conditioning downstairs not adequate.

It was fabulously clean, has a bathtub to relax in, comfy beds, great views of the city of Melbourne, quiet location, and a fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

the only "disappointment" was the toilets are located either upstairs where the bedrooms are or on the lower ground floor where the carport/laundry is, not on the ground floor where the living area is. Not such a big deal, but took a bit to get used to.

They said they have free WiFi but when we ask for it they said we need to pay. Extra bed for $25 they charged me $30 that just unfear

Reception photocopied drivers licence. Very unusual practice. Too much of a risk factor, regarding identity theft. I will not stay there again

Very comfy bed; very quiet at time I stayed; free wifi, nice and helpful people at reception.

Attention to detail, very scratched walls, raggedy furniture in living area, very untidy and unprofessionally presented entrance to property. Because of the above I'm not sure it was reasonable value for money.

Old tv, didn't work well Old, musty, needed renovating. Garage door broken, unusable.

Great location to the races at Moonee Valley and local cafes.

Average beds ok for the price.NOTE Air con (two of) do not work in unit 5 sweat box as we had a very hot day and NIGHT.apart from this we would have had a good stay.

Close to Moonee Valley Racecourse, nice view and close to airport (less than 30 min drive).

First, charge unclear! (A$200 more for 2 nights) They charge me half (a day after my booking on letsbookhotel.com) and the other half + a$200 when we checked in. Why? Any best price guarantee? Second, all my family members, myself included, heard footsteps on staircase all through the night! The noise kept on from 2am to 5 am! Very annoying as we had to leave at 6:30am to catch the plane.
