The staff were very friendly and extremely helpfully next time I have to go to Melbourne this is we're I will be booking great price for a traveling family the kids loved the pool and spa thank you we had a great stay. very good service. I arrived after 8 pm when the office had closed and a simple phone call advised the room that was already open for me. I was able to leave the key before 7 am when I left.
