We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one. I would have preferred having a small breakfast pack which I would have been prepared to pay for to the free tea & coffee etc., because the shops were a bit of a walk ... vad folk säger » if you didnt know where to go and you were tired. - So clean, spacious & open layout. Friendly staff that were so informative & the full kitchen was such a wonderful asset. Comfortable bed & wonderful furniture. Excellent pool, spa, suna & BBQ area. We entertained our family on one day of our stay & they loved it. We'll be back because we were made to feel special. Thank you.

  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

  We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.   The apartment and position, as in proximity to Surfer's Paradise was perfect, close enough to walk to, far enough away not to be bothered by traffic etc. The beach being right through a gate was ideal.   The Vibe Hotel is in a perfect location close to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with gorgeous views over the Nerang River or Surfers skyline. The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly on check in and the room service offered great value for money and delicious meals. The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

  Managers Ben and Jodie are great people. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with tickets to the local theme parks. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music. We chose a 2 bedroom for ourselves and two daughters (10 & 7). the facilities were fine...good kitchen with all the - We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. We fed the fish from the boat docks accessed at the back of the swimming pool.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific ... vad folk säger » fair shopping center... If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

  Bra rum och sängar - I had a king room with an ocean view and I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was spotless, cleaned every day and the towels were changed as needed. I love how when you open the balcony door, the a/c turns off automatically - good way to be more eco-friendly. The view was fantastic! Note though that as with any ... vad folk säger » vantage point in the Gold Coast, most of it is sometimes blocked by tall buildings - I could see the beach but of course there were a lot of buildings around (but not a pro - The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.
