We lived near by so loved being back in that neighborhood, but some may
find Kings Cross off-putting. Just go to Petrol, almost next door, for
breakfast and you'll forget the riff raff. Overall it's a great
location in the middle of Potts Point and Surry Hills /

staff were excellent. manny in the restaurant downstairs was great + rooftop dining a rare treat. Fresh food market across the road is perfectly paired to the kitchenette in the rooms.
Taxi's easy to find.

Very helpful staff. Very clean - Extremely well situated, 3 mn walk from Kings Cross station. Bars and restaurants around. Possible to arrive after hours if the staff is informed: the key waits for you in a small coded box close to entrance door. Free wifi connection.

I like very much this backpackers. It is located near from several tourist places of city as Opera House and Botanic gardens Walk. This backpackers is very safe, therefore I recommend widely. -
Love how everyone was so social compared to other backpackers that i've been too. Dave was a great entertainment liaison!

Great location, right in front of the metro station and close to bars
and night clubs. It's also the red light district of the city, but
it didn't bother me. The metro line is the one that goes to Bondi
beach and the walk is nice to the city center as well. Hop on hop off

The staff were excellent especially Sam - after staying the first night
in the room as mentioned - I spoke with Sam who immediately upgraded us
to a beautiful room on the 13 floor - because of his attention to detail
and his manner we are definitely coming back to stay here - the other
front of house staff were also very very good.

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were really accommodating and efficient, couldn't fault the service at all. The guy on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful and pleasant. Also really handy for the train station and during the day there were some pretty cool little cafes around.

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.

It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite.

Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.
