Everything about Heyfield Motel and Apartment was fantastic. Of the many motels/apartments I've stayed in, I dare conclude my experience with Heyfield is easily one of my bests. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was first introduced to this incredibly spacious place, complete with 2 bedrooms (1 with a King sized bed; the other with a single and a queen), a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, and an extremely homely and comfortable living/dining room. The entire apartment was extremely well-maintain.
alla recensioner » We (4 adults) stayed in a 2-bedroom self-contained apartment for a night on our way to Sydney. It's a good place for stopover. We used tripAdvisor to get a feel for the accommodation. It was as described, the apartment was clean comfortable and good value. Location is good as it's located on the Esplanade just a short stroll from shops and restaurants. The booking-in staff (guess it was the owners) were very helpful. A quiet, friendly motel with free WiFi. We are very pleased to have stayed her. The owners were very welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The value for money was excellent. The location was fantastic. The pool looked lovely, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow for swimming. The motel was in excellent condition. We liked everything. Position excellent, comfort and cleanliness very good. Staff perfect. This is a nice motel for sure and better than the previous two we stayed at driving from Sydney to Melbourne with similar ratings. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was quite spacious clean & well equipped. The owner was also quite helpful. Definitely recommended for families travelling with young children. Everything! Despite that it was explained and handled well but my card had recently been cloned in Spain and I am more wary than most about its security. I am sure all is fine here. All was excellent!. Everything was excellent. No complaints. Awkward parking in tight space. No view from room. Window blocked by water tank in close proximity. Apparently the trampoline could do with re-springing! And the pool wasn't heated very much if at all. if anything just the gravel track, hard to roll the suit cases. The furniture was quite old, but the beds were still very comfortable nonetheless. Basic appearance but functional. That I could only stay one night as we were on route to Melbourne !!!. nothing,everything was ready good. No issues akk was very good. Pebble driveway made it difficult to manoeuvre cases. More an opportunity for improvemeny - a microwave in the room would have been handy. fridge didn't work well kitchen utensils very dated and old bathroom small and dated and pipes are loud. No problems noted. Soundproofing seems weak. the kitchen facilities are bit old. Nothing. Great value for money. there were four of us which the 2 bedroom unit was meant for but only one bathroom so a long stay would be hard to cope with plus it only allowed for one car space. Parking a little tight. stay not long enough, perhaps replace the gravel drive one day?. Not a major issue, but: One of the towels had a smell that gave an impression that it may have been overlooked for washing. Duvets could also have been fresher smelling. Not great view. Steep steps to upper apartments. Nothing. No safety lock at room door . Sound of crunching of gravel when other cars coming and going, and tight car park. none. Nothing to complain about.
