I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.
In fact, the kids had only been at SeaWorld for an hour when they thought they should go back to their 'Holiday House' for a swim in the pool!. -

The 2 bedroom apartment was really comfortable with a well fitted kitchen, plenty of space and fantastic views. Tennis courts were great. The location of the apartment was fabulous. Great to have Austar available. Really appreciated having the sandcastle equipment available in the room too. Lovely touch to have the welcome pack of food. -

Your questions no 5 and 6 ask about the Gold Coast, not about the appartment - Surfer's Tropique. I don't like the Gold Coast but I did like the Appartments - very nice, very comfortable, easily re-visit and recommend.

Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise

Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

We were very happy with our stay at Ocean Pacific Resort. We stayed in room 1114 on the southern side of the building which had a brilliant panoramic view of the coast. Amazing apartment with ocean view. Fully furnished with Kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean. Great location walking distance to malls and the beach. Friendly staff, pool, gym, games room. Large and spacious apartment. My partner and I loved this place. Feels like home away from home. Will be returning.

I really enjoyed the location as the beach was a minute walk away which made it easy to access. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The beachfront view was perfect. Its not overly crowded at this beach which at times felt like we were on a private beach. Very close to shops and activities for families. -

shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to
the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the

right in the centre of Broadbeach with easy access to beach, shops
restaurants.This is a very lively area at weekends but once doors were

Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other
pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours
- tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car
parking available close to our accommodation. Plenty of amusements on
offer for the children whether the weather was dry or wet. -

All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. -

Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.

A very pleasant stay. The view was amazing - complete with whales frolicking in the sea! The unit had everything required... only wish we had stayed longer. -
Top location, comfortable clean rooms, staff very friendly and helpful. Also free parking was a bonus. Very affordable apartments for a family.
