The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

A lovely place to stay. Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, great location and well cared for facilities. We enjoyed our stay immensely. My friend liked it so much that she has been staying there as a home away from home. I will definitely stay again when I am able. -

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment & was given a 2 bedroom 1 over looking the beach & it was absolutely fantastic with the greatest views including Broadbeach & Surfers. Very clean & had all the kitchen facilities you could ask for. Spa & Pool also great. Parking excellent & very secure,

The location couldn't have been better! Located directly across the
street from the beach and only 3 blocks from the main drag of shops and
restaurants it was the perfect location. The room itself (Ocean View)
had 4 terraces overlooking the Ocean and mountain views. The rooms were
all very large, clean, updated and well kept. Full kitchen and in unit
laundry was great as well! Very pleased with the room and hotel

The apartment was near everything, it was comfortable and spacious, it had a stunning view on both sides, the staff was warm and accomodating - and best of all, my husband had the time of his life catching so much fish along the scenic Nerang River right in the apartment's pontoon! -

Can not speak highly enough about Surfers Beach Resort One. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I commented on the cleanliness of the apartment. It contained everything you would need if you were planning on being out and about for most of the day. Although the building contained many other apartments, you would be forgiven thinking you had the place to yourself, that's how quiet it is. A 15 minute walk from some great places to eat and shop. The location of this accommodation is fantastic! It is central to get to all attractions but is offset in a beautiful suburb that has stunning views within walking distance. Amazing cafes only a short stroll away... -

Great accommodation and close to GC airport. Stopped over night with my mum who's in her 70's and we were flying out next early morning. Whilst checking in to the motel the previous evening we enquired about taxis to the airport ... the manager of the motel very kindly offered to take us rather than calling a taxi...a great personal service... This was my second time in the last few weeks staying at Golden Shores and like the first stay it did not disappoint. It's proximity to everything(beach, airport & some good restaurants) is excellent as well as spotless comfortable rooms. It is all that you need for a short, well priced stay.

Loved how close we were to Surfers Paradise beach, loved the fact just down stairs was hogs breath and another bar for us to go to. Loved that they did pub crawls and other group activities if you were interested. and loved that it was super cheap to stay in the heart of the gold coast. -
