  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th ... vad folk säger » floor with ocean views, and two sleeping comfortable little boys, we cannot thank you enough. - Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

  Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise... vad folk säger » and as we went to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon, the shuttle bus stop was only 50m away and we were the last pickup point so quick trip - Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

  Very spacious apartment just as what they advertise in the website and other booking pages. Just a few minutes away to Surfers Paradise.   better than i expected, and so close .... nice and roomy with everything you need. well priced. i really enjoyed my say though . I will stay there again :) - The staff could not have been more helpful. Any request was actioned immediately in a very friendly manner. I was impressed with the attitude of staff.

  The staff was excellent from our early arrival to late departure. They were always happy and accomodating in requests. Only regret is that we did not eat dinner at the Sofitel, we will know better next time - The staff were so professional, courteous and helpful.   A very pleasant stay. The view was amazing - complete with whales frolicking in the sea! The unit had everything required... only wish we had stayed longer. - Top location, comfortable clean rooms, staff very friendly and helpful. Also free parking was a bonus.   Happy with accomodation, it was very clean and modern, spacious 2 bedroom overlooking beautiful ocean views. Great location on top of shopping centres with monorail going through the centre to take you to Jupiters Casino, great restaurants downstairs expensive but good food.   I've stayed in 4+ star hotels throughout the world. Never have I been greeted with free cocktails on arrival as was the case when checking in to the Watermark on a Saturday afternoon. It made for a great stay. I stayed in a club king room on Level 23 with an ocean view. The staff were friendly and the building and room was modern.
