  We loved our room, a 2 bedroom. It had lots of space with a big shag rug in the lounge area. Very tastefully decorated. Great kitchen area if you wanted to cook. All the essentials. Loved the river view from our room. Great walking track very close by. Ballina has a great pizza place that delivers. A fantastic place to stay. Loved It !!! - View'... vad folk säger » s were lovely, very quiet area, apartments were clean, tidy and very modern but most of all was very comfortable, relaxing, home from home. We would stay again when we return to Ballina. Peter and Dinah are a lovely couple and very helpful. Thank you again for making our time very enjoyable.

  We absolutely loved the location, the room was so comfortable, the bed was one of the best we have slept in in a while. The bathroom is beautiful and loved the spa bath, the pool area was awesome. We loved the room and didn't even feel like leaving it, and most definitely the best value for money, the food was great although we had room service ... vad folk säger » only (although a little problem with the order but it was fixed almost before I even put the phone down) Would definitely recommend it and most certa - Very impressive right from the first appearance. New, modern looking from the outside and a great location near to everything in town. Reception staff member (sorry I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Likewise the staff on checkout were the same. Stayed on fifth floor with a great view over the river. The room was great and spa excellent.

  We stay there everytime we come down. I have family in Ballina and I don't like to impose. The Homestead is reasonably priced,close to everything and very comfortable. I haven't tried anywhere else. No need to. - We requested a quiet room as we arrived after an overnight international flight. It is also situated in a lovely quiet area - I loved the large Queen size bed, it was so comfortable.   From the time we entered the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The renovations really gave you the feeling of being back in the 1920's with plaques giving you little snippets of the history of some of the rooms. Tours were also available. The food was wonderful and in the original dining room of the school. We will definitely sta... vad folk säger » y there again. - The Hotel had more of a family atmosphere, with staff treating you as a treasured friend rather than as a client. The Hotel is steeped in history, and has been restored to reflect a bygone age. The food is superb, and there is an extensive beverage list. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
