Booked off peak season a budget room and upon arrival found that I had been upgraded free of charge to a plush self catering apartment. Very comfortable, very pleasant staff etc and ended up extending my stay from one week to just short of three! Very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and yet the friendly manner that made the place fee

These apartments are spotlessly clean. Just at the end of a long main street, great for browsing and two minute walk to esplanade with restaurants cafes etc. Pool is adequate size and the barbecue area at the top would be great for larger groups. Our room had lovely decor, very spacious bathroom with lots of room to put things. There were two arm chairs near the window plus a good size balcony with table and four chairs so you could sit in or out and still have the view over estuary.

The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were
lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely
and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good.
Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff

For me it was great as I work to do at night and the motel rooms were quiet spacious and relaxing. Would refer to anybody. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay.

Although the weather was appalling with days of torrential rain and
wind, at least I was comfortable in a spotlessly clean, well equipped
studio apartment. The bed was huge and so comfy that I even slept well

The position was fabulous, the staff were accommodating. After a time,
management decided to upgrade our room. We ended up with a roof top
garden appartment with spectacular ocean views. Thanks to Naomi to other
staff for making my dad's birthday fabulous!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff who went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. So close to the beach and easy access to great restaurants and to the Caloundra shopping area. Views from 9th floor were wonderful...... really enjoyed it very much. The unit was comfortable and well planned.. nice furniture . Walking to everything was a bonus... no car needed. -

Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time

I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. -
Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well. Very convenient to shopping amenities and the beach.
