We enjoyed our one night stay at the Suncourt Motel as the service was friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the motel was in easy walking distance to shops, cafes and the wedding reception we had travelled to the coast to attend. The Suncourt Motel is good value for money and I would recommend it to others. We stayed with our young grandchildren. The manager was friendly to us all and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. The family unit was large for a motel complex which made it easier for the children to play. Caloundra is always a great spot for young children.
alla recensioner » We've stayed at this motel 3 times now. The decor is a bit dated but the rooms are spacious, comfortable, scrupulously clean and very conveniently located. Management friendly and obliging. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed for an overnight stay. Close to shops and markets on weekends. It is an older facility but it was spotlessly clean and had all facilities provided including fresh milk for tea/ coffee and toiletries. Great value. The convenience and personal customer care. We left some items of clothing and the owner kindly rang us so that we could arrange to pick up. Convenient to all facilities eg shops restaurants beaches. Room very well equipped. Management very helpful and friendly. Really liked how we were made to feel very welcome. Had all the things we needed and was central to all shops . We liked the presentation of the room and the friendliness of the manager. The accommodation is good value. A warm welcome after a long day, and the next morning the staff asked if everything was alright. Comfortable for a short stay. Close to shops and food. Friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Room we had was quite big and had fridge microwave toaster plates etc. Caloundra was a lovely place but parking in CBD was hard to find. Handy to shops and beach also restaurants, walked to everything. Manager was nice and helpful. Unit was clean. cleanliness, balcony, space price. Proximity to town centre. Nothing. Would of been good to be able to watch the tv from the bed. Parking was very tight for our 4wd. nothing. Nothing really!. My family... Nothing. Shower didn't have a curtain that stopped water from going on floor. Nothing. Nothing. We were not using air conditioner but some people in other units had them ON -- AC were rather noisy. No option of breakfast so had to go out in the pouring rain in the morning to get a feed. Parking was really hard to get in & out of. Owner thought we had left without checking out, as we drove around town. older son was still in bed, when he was knocking at door at 9am before checkout time of 10am made us feel like we weren't trusted,. Parking was dreadful and difficult. Very old motel from the 1970s and not worth the fee. could do with an overhaul, traffic noise, difficult parking.
