  The hotel was just beside the Duty Free Outlets and there was a woolworths supermarket that was open 24 hours. Very convenient for our family as we have just returned the car and there was nothing much we can do. The hotel staff was very courteous and check-in was allowed even before the official check in-time. I was expecting to pay for an addi... vad folk säger » tional bed as we have 2 adults and 2 children but there was 2 double beds in the room and they even opened up the sofa bed for us! So it was a pleasa - We ate at your restaurant and was amazed at the high quality of the food, the presentation and especially the professional and friendly service given by all the staff in there. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table as we hadn't booked but were given bread to eat for the 'inconvenience'. We'll definately stay again when needing to be near the airport. Gold stars to you all.

  Hotellet var riktigt trevligt att bo på. Fina lägenheter med allt man behöver. Bra kök.trevligt badrum. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Trevlig person snygg utsikt. - Det låga weekendpriset för en lägenhet med 1 sovrum, fantastiskt, och med utsikt över floden. Snygg inredning. Läget är lugnt och nära city.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... vad folk säger » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking. The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.... vad folk säger » Bathroom very nice, towelling etc thick and soft. The shower was just awesome, terrific pressure! The bed and pillows were just to die for!! It was t - Your staff has the best customer service I have ever come across, especially two of your employees Scott and Jeremiah (reception on the 29th June at 10am). Impeccable and excellent customer service, very professional with a can do attitude. Meriton hospitality, one experience for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned, Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every morning, overall experience rate out of a hundred?? 100% Satisfaction, please
