  Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). It included a full kitchen, nice bathroom with a tub (a first in our travels to South America), couch, dining room area, comfortable bed, great lighting, and a balcony with a partial view of the cemetery, an... vad folk säger » d a view of the pool. The breakfast was your typical South American pastries with Ham and cheese, but was brought to your room, instead of eating in a - Great location on Recoleta Plaza with a view of the famous cemetery. Greenery and cafes just across the street. Very helpful English speaking desk staff in this small "apartment " hotel. Every room seems to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it convenient for families or people staying longer.

  Triple room was large and clean. Toiletries were supplied daily.Close to Recoleta cemetery and within walking distance to the Ave. Santa Fe, but a bit of a hike to Puerto Madera or Palermo. - Staff was great, very helpful with everything! Perfect location and great breakfast that was included!

  Staff were excellent. Lovely rooftop terrace. good location in Recolletta, close enough to bus stations and domestic airport. Clean apt and conmunal areas. Supermarket just around corner. Price was a bit higher than other places, but represented reasonable value.   Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open front door. There is a kitchen so if one wants to cook some simple meals, it is possible. Area is residential but close to everything. Downtown accessible by taxi or by bus.
