  Very nice and willing personel, what more they spoke fluently english which is not very common in argentina. Hotel was well situated, nice and clean room and also quite. Hotel is situated on the oppsite side of the main street (you just walk all in all not more then hundred meters and you are on the main street). Very nice to come back after a long day of hiking to a place like that. The rooms are not big, but they are enough. There is a lot of sitting areas in the lobby, cozy. Was fun having coffee on a comfy sofa every day. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, if we ever go back to el calafate this will be our first choice.

  We LOVED this hotel. Its like an oasis of luxury at a good price. Room is spacious and comfortable, with heat in both the room and bathroom. Bathroom is large and spotless. Service is also great.   what a beautiful house! I stayed there for 2 days with my wife. The staff there were wonderful and extremely helpful, even packing our breakfast to go each morning because we were going on early tours. Highly recommend this hotel.
