  Mariano is the owner and he was super attentive to our needs. He recommended great places to eat and visit and he just makes everything easy. The room is large and allows its visitors to fell like at home. The place is in an incredible location, with lots of restaurants and shops near by. Nothing to complain at all. The owners of the apartments were a young couple,very helpful with suggestions for restaurants , very friendly and cordial. They made us feel at home!   Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment).   The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish . The pool was small but refreshing after a full day of walking in the heat! - The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. They went to a lot of effort to get me a taxi to the airport and negociated a good price for me with the taxi driver. I managed to get a fantastic rate on letsbookhotel.com and got a queen suite which was enormous for a solo traveller but nice luxury. The breakf - My friend and I extended our stay at this hotel because it was where our tour started and ended. The staff was outstanding and Ariel at the front desk took care of our every need and question with knowledge and creativity. The room was actually a mini-suite, clean, comfortable, and with a nice view.
