  The food served in their dining room was excellent, and I can recommend it. - Old tired carpets, small beds the sheets for which were so small they continually came off in the night, poor food selection for breakfast, most staff not very helpful. A very tired place possibly about to begin renovations as the dining room has been updated.   The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal.   This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower! Near to the main city centre, just a few stops away on the train line. Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away - I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

  This was an excellent option for us and the others who joined us on holidays here. Big rooms, very convenient and in a safe area. Great value.
