  Hotel was clean. Great English speaking staff. Modern new facilities. My wife is very picky. She loved the place. Comparable to Hilton or Sheraton but on smaller scale. Close to shopping and cathedral. Beautiful European flavor neighborhood.

The rooms (503/703) we stayed were very spacious, modern and stylish, and although the hotel it's on a busy street, the noise didn't bother us.
