The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.
The bed was excellent. -

Well-run hotel with strong and friendly service and a great location near Pike's Market and all downtown attractions. Lux Suite with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by french doors was good for our family of four. Great restaurant choices within one block including Cafe Lola in the lobby.

The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge.
The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel

I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure.
