We had requested a non-smoking room, but could smell smoke in the room that we were checked in to. We spoke to the staff and they moved us immediately to an acceptable room. We also received a great response from the hotel manager regarding an issue that we wanted to discuss with her. -

The pool and hot tub area was nice. We go to the area for both pleasure and business. We switch to this property when the Crossings in Perham did not have our last stay there booked for the correct number of nights. We had stayed there several times. We found this property online and we will staying here from now on when we are in the area. -

The hotel is in the progress of finishing remodeling. So everything is brand new. The feature they have that we really like is the security of building. After 9pm, they lock the building from outside. So if u need to get in, you either need your room key or use the intercom to talk to front desk person. They will ask your name, room number you are

Very well kept, clean, nice continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and available. Rooms all had themes such as Back to the 50's, Garden, Sports,nicely done. -
I have been staying at this facility for about 7 years now a couple of times a year. It is always clean and the folks friendly.
