We were safisfied with our entire stay. We were able to relax when we weren't at dr. appointments. We happened to be there on 2 days that a huge snowstorm came so travel in the city was difficult, but staying at the Quality Inn was good. We especially enjoyed the suite. Perfect set up for extended stay to visit Mayo Clinic. Shuttle services, breakfast selections, location, room cleanliness, and helpful staff made our stay a great experience, If we should need to return to Mayo Clinic in the future we will be making reservations at this Quality Inn.

We had requested a non-smoking room, but could smell smoke in the room that we were checked in to. We spoke to the staff and they moved us immediately to an acceptable room. We also received a great response from the hotel manager regarding an issue that we wanted to discuss with her. -

We were able to get our room by 1:00 pm already. That was really appreciated as we needed to get our handicapped daughter out of her chair after our drive.

Hands down the most beautiful romantic place we've ever stayed at!!!
The comfort of it felt like home. The ships in the canal were absolutely
amazing, the binoculars in the window and the wake up calls that are
offered in the middle of the night for the ship watchers is a great
touch. We didn't want to leave. The manager was wonderful and very

The winning factor to our stay was the lady at the front desk - Tara. She always had a smile on and treated us like special guests and always ready to help with any questions or needs. She was easy to approach and handled our family reunion that included several rooms and we all had the same opinion of her that she made the hotel stay great. -

Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!
