This is my second stay at Marriott Bayview (though before I was young and with my family) and both experiences have been above -
The thoughtfulness of the staff, they provided us with light refreshments upon our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. I had inquired whether I could purchase a basket to have in the room when I arrived, but when we came, the refreshments came by an employee with a caring written note from staff saying the refreshments were compliments of staff and to have Happy Anniversary stay. It was the best hotel in our entire honeymoon trip (3 weeks, 2 countries). Especially Alex from the front desk. At first, we got a double room with 2 beds (because of my confusion) but Alex gave to us a super suite just because we were in our honeymoon. Definitely we will come back as soon as possible. -

When we arrived we found the Executive Suite we had booked was not available. The girl at the front desk apologized. When we arrived in the room Sarah from Guest services called and offered us free breakfast and parking instead of the executive room and was very nice. The room was phenomenal, the restaurant and wait staff were tremendous...Dancing and bar were great afterwards. We only left hotel in am to walk to Fashion Island. -
