The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

The location is perfect. Just across the street there is a restaurant (Big pink) where you can have a real breakfast, lunch and dinner. A wonderful place. I stayed at many places in Miami and this is the
best. We stayed there twice, came far too early at first, and were given
a room 4 hours before checkin time. The place is a gem and a real
delight compared to most other places in the area. The beach towels and
the breakfast are a really great service.

We originally booked and paid a deposit at Miami International Travellers Hostel, but when we arrived there they told us they didnt have room for us!!!! they gave us no explanation and just gave us our deposit back and told us to go find somewhere else. I liked that fact that the location was excellent. Great restaurants,
shopping and the beach were a few blocks away. I liked the fact that it
was quiet at night and we were able to get a good sleep. I liked that
there were hardwood floors instead of the carpet. I also enjoyed the
direcTV. For it being an Art Deco hotel it was average. The Hotel staff
is very friendly and accomodating, they even suggested a really good
Cuban restaurant to us which was delicious!!! All in all it was a great

The room was very clean and spacious.
The location is great as it only 2 blocks from Lincoln Road and 2 blocks from the beach- so short walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants but far enough away from the main strips so its quiet.

Ocean Drive is a 10 minute walk.
Hotel was clean well presented, spacious, friendly, a very nice boutique Hotel, great rooms comfortable beds.
Alvaro looked after us extremely well, he did everything to make our stay perfect, he should be the Hotel's Manager.
I would definitely stay at the Prestana again when in Miami
