Staff were fantastic, location could not be rivalled and the cost was very competitive.

I thought that the rooms could be a bit bigger and maybe a little brighter/more modern.

I stayed for 5 days with 4 friends in a private room. We had a great surprise that the room was very large, with many beds and a complete kitchen! And the plus is that the private rooms have parking space, which in Miami Beach is a HUGE plus, since it is very difficult to find places to park. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the meals are simple, but very tasteful. And the most important: the cost-benefit was totally worth it. I strongly recommend this hostel!

The credit card terminal was not functioning very well when we were checking-in and was not accepting the payment, but after a while it worked.

2 blocks away from the beach, in the center of South Beach. Friendly Staff, 24h front desk, clean rooms. Every night the Hostel organizes a evening programm (Bar-Tour, Clubbing, ect.). Great to meet other travelers. Had an amazing time here, would absolutely recommend it. It's a party-hostel in a party-city

If you like it quite, may not your place to stay at.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The price is great for the amenties and the parties were awesome. Great place for the price and even better for groups!

Sadly our room was damaged by the rain so we had to stay offsite at the apartments and although that would be nice for most, we wanted to stay onsite closer to the beach, parties and actually enjoy the hostel amenties they provided. There were little tiny ants around the kitchen, but I think that's a south beach issue.

My staying at the hostel was amazing! i had a great time! stuff, dorms and the people are just perfect. Totally recommend!

Almost everything. They have events every night, and the staff is very helpful. They clean the rooms four times a day, and you get breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

Even though the staff were amazing there was one person who you should avoid if you want help with something. So wait until the women wearing b-boy clothes has gone home, think she only works there in the morning. Not a helpful person, and she has a bad attitude. Other than that the hostel was amazing, and the rest of the staff were amazing!

It's safe. I was told they have 24 hour camera surveillance.

Some roommates put their luggages everywhere on the floor. It looks messy.

I had a great time at this hostel. The atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly and they made sure everyone had a good time by organizing events every night. The best party in Miami Beach was at the hostel :) The rooms were clean and the food was decent, considering it was included in the price. I will not stay at any another place if I come to Miami Beach again.

There is no better place to go to if you feel like having a blast while in South Beach, Miami. The staff is awesome and is available to answer any question you might have about fun activities in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the environment makes it easy to interact with other guests and meet new people. I would recommend this to any young traveler looking to party and have fun

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. They seemed to enjoy their role and jobs which is rare in this industry, makes a huge difference. They have everything you could ask for - wifi, laundry, parties, discounts, free meals, movies, day trips, etc.

I stayed in a private room and some things were not in working order. For example the air conditioning and hair dryer was broken. But the staff is very responsive and fixed any issues promptly. The private room I paid extra for was located above a retail store pumping loud music from 11am till past midnight. Not the hostel's fault but not good if you need some sleep/quiet.

One of the best hostels that I have ever stayed. Very clean, good location (two blocks from beach), free meals included (breakfast, lunch and dinner), organization of daily parties, and friendly staff. Plus free WiFi, free lockers, and restrooms/showers inside the shared rooms. Finally, the travelers in the hostel are friendly as well, more than in other hostels I have been.

My trip to Miami would never have been the same without this hostel. It has such a wide open inviting environment and atmosphere which allow everybody from all over the world to mingle and get to know each other. If I were to visit Miami again, which I will, i would totally stay at this hostel again!

The sheets were kinda dirty and the rooms were little damp with loud noise from air conditioning.. and no Wifi in the room except the lobby.

the suite is 6 blocks away from the main building and there is no wifi in it. the meals aren't worth visiting as well
