Loocation was great and only a very short walk to the water and excellent restaurants. Staff friendly and helpfull.

I got into a small accident and hurt myself. The staff immediately came to my aid and provided me with first aid supplies and told me they would take care of anything I needed. Absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. Great location (2 blocks from beach) and QUIET! Loved my stay.

I wish you could watch TV from bed instead of only from the couch.

The Jet Set Franklin is a great place to stay if you want to be located close to the beach and shops with the benefits of a "home away from home" vs a hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. The kitchenette was a great asset and we used it a lot.

I wish it had a guest laundry or washing machines in the room! Other than this, it was great.

The location is amazing its 1 min walk from the beach and Ocean drive, 10 min walk from Lincoln road and espanola road

Proximity to beach Cleanliness

Noisy +++ so sleeping difficult. This wasn't just due to the road works or building work directly outside but also the building and rooms, people just walking around at night due to type of floor covering throughout Also parking to offload/load wasn't good due to road works, however this wasn't the hotels fault. However it would have been nice to be told in advance that this would bee a problem. I understand that these road works are continuing for a few more months into 2014

Lovely loft hotel with great location in the heart of the art deco area (close to beach, dining, night clubs, shopping, culture), good facilities and efficient staff.

the hotel is very well located, not crowded as other hotels of the area. The personnel is really nice and attentive. Many clients added comments about the noise but It was not that much, at least for us.

The bed is not as confess It should, though for a weekend at Miami beach is bearable.

Very modern and include all what you want in term of facilities in the room. Very clean.

Limited TV channels as most of it is not working. Slightly expensive.

Everything but the parking

...the parking. Completely on your own and have to figure it out. There is a garage 2 blocks over but it's very expensive and quite a walk. Complimentary valet would be nice...or at least if they had someone to go park your car in that garage for you

Spacious room that our best served for a group of friends or family.

The staff was a little to strict about noise in the room. We never party in the room because its Mia but just because the walls our extremely thin they go crazy over noise. I got a call to my room when I drop a 16 oz bottle soda.

Everything! We were very welcomed and the apartment is very funcional, just the fact of having a kitchen pleased and helped us so much! Definately I`ll stay again at Jetset Franklin

The shower... just because we had some difficulties with him but it`s nothing compared with the comfort of the room :)

The Jetset Franklin was a fabulous place to stay on Miami Beach. The apartment itself was very modern and spacious and extremely well located - just one block from the beach. Nice friendly staff and for 3 girls a better option then a hotel.

Probably a little noisy but then you would expect that based on the location so can't really complain.

The entire stay was absolutely perfect!!! The staff was amazing. Kind and friendly members seeking out ways to go above and beyond expectations. Exceptionally clean, modern, and up-to-date rooms. Conveniently located by the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Definitely would consider staying there again.

A little confusing on how to enter the building. The facility was located above a retail store making it confusing. Also, walking back to the hotel had a dark alley way which created an unsafe ambience once attempting to enter.

Excellent location for Miami Beach area, clean, comfortable, nice design in the rooms, the manager was always smiling and very helpful.

If I have to mention something, the backrest of the couches in the living room area was mobile (since they are meant to serve as extra beds) and thus would not support you when sited.

Staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Great location. Walking distance to all entertainment like the beach, shopping, and bars.

Great, modern, clean apartment room with facilities such fridge, cooker. Everything is spotless. Brilliant helpful staff. Location is an advantage if you wanna be right in the middle of it.

The noise is pretty bad. They need to put carpet down in the hallway. We got woken up several times by drunken people coming back, in the middle of the night.

I like the location and the design of the appartment, the staf were friendly and helpful and specialy the front disk staff lady.

we were 5 people 3 adults and 2 children age 15 and 13 and we have to use one bathroom, i belive that for thee bed room apartment as we have booked we shall have at least two bathrooms. find the hotel was little difficiult for me the hotel sign shall be more exposed and easy to find and especialy the valet parking sign

very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

If you want to stay in South Beach, this location is simply perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room/studio clean, fresh and well equipped. We loved it!

South Beach is lively at night and it's rather loud. Parking is not easy (especially on weekends when even public parking fills up) but the staff was very helpful.

Location and easy access to room. Security at night. It felt like home. Fresh Starbucks coffee to make at your own convenience. Plenty of sitting and plenty of outlets.

Shower pressure was not very powering to be able to take effective showers and to remove sand of body after coming back from the beach.

The location was perfect close to the beach and just one street from ocean drive. You could walk everywhere. The apartment was cleaned everyday and was a good size and wasn't too much noise from the other guests and we liked the self catering aspect with a fully equipped kitchen.

The noise from the street at night was quite loud due to the proximity to ocean drive. The fridge in the apartment was very noisy and would wake us up at all hours but you did get used to it, and the shower was ok but the pressure wasn't good and after a day in the very hot sun you just wanted a nice powerful shower.

Location. Right in the heart of South Beach. Easy check in and out. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Spotless! Nice kitchenette. Great pricing.

Very poor lighting in bathroom. Bathroom is extremely minimal in amenities (no counter space at all, very cheap fixtures). VERY NOISY. (Didn't matter which side of hotel as we stayed in 2 different rooms to try to get some sleep).

Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar which was very nice. On our last they, they let us use the room the whole day because our flight was very late at night. That was extremelly nice! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed the hotel, its great location on South Beach and everything it has to offer. We are definately going back!
