  The staff was so courteous,friendly,helpful with directions, Yhey went out if their way to make us feel comfortable. The Front Desk Amy,Tarik and Tonia great!!! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable. Free wifi, water and snacks on arrival and coffee is a nice touch and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3 hotel rooms which we had originally booked.

  This property is excellent. It consists of all suites which is perfect for couples or families. The building is beautiful itself and has great views from the rooms. The room has a very nice layout with very nice furnishing which consists of a pull out couch and a very comfortable bed. The towels are plush and soft. Since the place is really designed for long-term stay, these sorts of things are important.

  The hotel is in a perfect location, in the downtown area with links to the subway. It was very clean and comfortable - not the poshest place but perfect for our needs. We loved the free wireless connection, which worked no problem, and free access to filtered water (no mini-bar, so no extra costs, too!). The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking.
