Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.

Service personal is amazing!! When i was dependent on help they were there. It`s not in every upper-class Hotel like this!

The location is incredible! It is one block round the corned from Grand Central Station and just a very short walk to the Public library and Bryant Park, the Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. From our window we looked right at the Chrysler Building wich is also on a few short blocks away.

This hotel location is very near to most amenities, from shops up to your chemist, with restaurant ever close by, it is difficult not t like thehotel, with the only exception of its not so free internet connection. Which I would expect for the value at which we paid for the room. -

The double suite was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, very clean with nice decor. Perfect for two parents travelling with two teenagers. My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,

Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade.
