The room was spacious, clean, eco-friendly, and of tremendously high value for the location. The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Clean! Staff was great and the beds comfy. Free parking is a huge plus
in Brooklyn these days. Very close to the subway and lots of great
eating options. And we loved the price of the hotel. The continental

I thought I would have problems with my reservation since the sight is
not specifically affiliated but the entire process went very smoothly.
No problems at all the room was ready when we arrived and check in was
quick and easy. The room was a suite and it was definitely a great price
for the size of the room and the amenities . Would stay again!

The hardwood floors were a nice surprise--the updated, very clean bathroom was glorious, and the staff were absolutely the best. We also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast before heading out each morning. We definitely will stay there each time we visit NYC in the future. -
