This is a very, very nice hotel located on Europe's longest street, the 12 km long Lenin boulevard in Zaporozhye. It has been very thorougly renovated on the inside and the rooms are very good value. They have several restaurants, as well, but I can only comment on the Khorzma Ukrainian restaurant which was very good value, too. I would stay there again if I visit Zaporozhye one more time.
The lobby is almost too much "bad-taste-Euro-remont" and some of the breakfast dishes were quite strange, but these are only minor remarks.
Very good hotel. And very Nice staff. For me good hotel
Very good staff. Good restaurants in the hotel. Valuable breakfast. Good location i Zaporozhye.
Zaporozhye is a very long city with large surface. It is difficult to use buses outside pr. Lenina.
Simplicity of access and clean rooms.
Strip-tease show advertisements in elevators. Do you know that 80% of the women who participate in strip-tease and other similar activities have been sexually molested as children? You are just contributing to the continuation of a vile crime.
The hotel staff were all excellent, professional andr friendly. One of the best service I have ever received in any hotel in Ukraine.
location, room,service,breakfast bufett
very helpful staff at the front desk
First night I froze Had to sleep with my clothes on. Next day the showed me how to turn on the heat. Restaurant was not to great with pork ribs.....no meat, all fat.
Location and Parking
TV impossible to watch. All the programs (not many) were foggy. Display of TV really small. Room a little bit old. The Warm water needs times to arrive to the bathroom. No Bath set or very poor (small soap and a small shampoo bottle). People at the bar unfriendly and always sad. Price okay but too high for the offered services !
Location The chamber ladies were very pleasant
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower was cold, no hot water. The Internet was very slow. Considering the cost in comparison to other hotels in Ukraine it was very poor value.
