Somebody has a very clever eye for employing good waiting staff, too - personable and willing to chat if asked, while still getting on with their jobs very professionally.   The cabins were clean, warm & with everything you could need for your stay. Breakfast in your room was a great idea and was delivered hot and plenty of it. Food at the pub was good quality.
