The hotel is really well located and the place is clean, the sheets areOk and you have clean towels every day. - Basic but clean, spacious rooms. For my purposes perfectly situated on the outskirts of Westminster.

Everything was awesome. Really nice little kitchen, shower etc. Nice bed. All china/cutlery included. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Tube stop down the street. Will go again. - Great location, helpful staff, very clean and tidy room- had everything I needed and I would definately stay again.

Peter and Bernie, as well as their family and staff made you feel at home. They allowed us to check-in early, as we were very tired from our overnight flight from the states. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

Good comfortable room with a great breakfast. Hotel provided a ground floor room which we had requested. Easy walking to train and bus services. great pub only 100 metres away. Free wi fi access to internet was great. Hotel stay was a very pleasant experience and the hotel was very fresh and well presented. - Clean, newly refurbished room.

Closeness to subway and cleanliness - The location is absolutely marvellous! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day, towels and all stuff changed daily as well. Breakfast is ok, it's good they added cheese to the menu:) Didn't have it 6 months ago. Stayed here three times in 6 months and think will do in the future.

Melbourne House lies in a great location, just a 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. The quality of the rooms are above what you expect from a B and B. I also found the beds really comfortable and the staff is very service minded. Stayed for 4 nights to attend a conference in London and can fully recommend the hotel. - Very friendly and helpful

This is my second stay at this hotel and it won't be my last.
This hotel is in the Bayswater section of London which is my favourite area of London just a short walk from 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway), and 400 mts from the Hyde Park´s north entrance.

Good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a big variety and the food was excellent.
But what makes the real difference to similar places in this price range is the cheerfulness of the staff, be it at the front desk or in the breakfast room. They really made me feel at home. Especially Alba and Daniela can make your day just with a smile.
