The hotel was excellent, easy access to the Grangemouth site about 6 miles. the young staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. - I liked the fact the hotel had a park situated opposite. All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Andrew. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

Staff were nice and friendly. I arrived extremely tired. When I asked
about dinner, the options were explained to me and then the
receptionist said I could have dinner in my room if I preferred, which
sounded great. Food was good quality, if a little small in portion size
and quite expensive. I also took part in an all day conference the next

I thought the rooms, or more importantly, the room I received was absolutely fabulous. It was spacious and luxurious. Highly recommend it for the room that I was allocated however I did see some of the other rooms as family members were staying and there double rooms were extremely small, but again I can only comment for my self and extremely happy

It had everything we needed, tea, coffee, telly, proper 3rd bed not a z bed. beafutiful bathroom and smellies, delicious good quality breakfast, spotlessy clean and welcoming. Varuious eating places near by.

The friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for any one of them.Even my dogs were welcome. Excellent choice of meals and very wellpresented.
