location was perfect for what we wanted. The breakfast provisions and
the complimentary wine were an added bonus. The staff could not have
been more helpful. The free parking and the excellent location meant we
could park the car when we arrived and not use it again till we left.

In Portsmouth for 3 days,location was superb within easy walking distance of the Historic Dockyard, restaurants and shops. Fantastic views from the apartment which was on the 12th floor and very modern. Car parking was very secure and free. We would definitely book this accommodation again loved it.

Spacious well-lit room with nice television. Location of the hotel was ideal for the seafront (where the new parkrun on Saturday mornings will be taking place). They put on an early continental breakfast (7am) for us which was considerate. There is off-street parking but can imagine that this is tight when hotel fully-booked.

The atmosphere was formal yet relaxed, the staff were professional and prompt. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable! - Only slept, showered and left so difficult to comment, however one ofthe cups in our bedroom was dirty, left from previous occupantpresumably.

Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet area to stay in. Very nice modern pool with hot tub and sauna & steam room and family changing rooms. Modern hotel throughout. There are shops and Farnborough centre nearby (walking distance away) which is handy. -

Accommodation, service and cuisine was exceptional value for money Staff were friendly and helpful in Reception. The booking got messed up, booked a superious suite, got given a twin,changed to a exec double at a reduced rate, promised free wine thatdidn't arrive and got a massive discount because of all the problems butStaff were very good at resolving these problems with no fuss so stillmade it a very enjoyable stay - whilst being a large hotel it retained

The traqnquility of the surroundings, dedicated commitment of the staff(not in your face but available to carry out every request made) and theluxury of the restaurant. - The club was lovely, we used the pool as much as we could. Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! Lovely staff, great food, clean and comfy rooms, whole place cosy and traditional. Really liked it. Lots of parking, very central and close to main roads. Right next to paultons park if you are going there this could not be more ideal. I found the hotel quiet at night and just liked everything

Good value for money comfortable rooms nicely furnished and for the price everything I would expect. We have been to this group once before and will certainly use in future when in Portsmouth visiting relatives. Will definitely try restaurant next visit as Portsmouth really needs good quality food outlets.

The staff where very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Parking was available and the Buffet style "eat all you can" breakfast was a welcomed treat. - was on business, had a good sleep, the bed was comfortable and clean free internet access that was a bonus.
