  Staff excellent, room great, beds very comfy. The twins who served us breakfast couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. After a party of school children had messed up the coffee machine, one of the twins (sorry didn't know their names) made a milky coffee especially for my grandson as he was a bit upset he couldn't get a Latte. That's excellent customer servic - I arrived three hours before their check in time and was able to check into my room anyway in under ten minutes, no fuss- hugely convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, definitely a lot care put into their look without the high prices (I paid £60 per night). Very quiet. Good variety at breakfast. I only ate at the restaurant once but it was reasonably priced, under £10 for my entrée. Ten minute walk to Welcome Break South Mimms Service Station (it's a small mall) and lot
