We paid £85 for a double room and breakfast which seemed very reasonable and for this price we were more than happy to be offered an inland facing room. Excellent very tasty breakfast, very friendly and accommodating hosts with a vast local knowledge (James and Lisa). Spotlessly clean and tasteful, modern decor. Lovely garden to sit out in. Nice touches such as cold bottles of water, variety of drinks and biscuits available free of charge. Great value for money. Will certainly recommend to others and hope to stay there gain

The location. That there was plenty to do within walking distance. There was no through traffic., which made it lovely and quiet. Plenty of places to stroll and have a quiet drink or eat. My favourite was the beach. The hotel was homely and just easy to come and go as you please., with food at the car until quite late.

This was an excellent place to stay in Cornwall and really cheap for the standard of accommodation outside peak times. Very close to St Merryn and Padstow both of which have brilliant places to eat. The Villa has on site Londis convenient store which has everything you need. -

The location is amazing, right on the cliff top, just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. There was a great atmosphere on the Friday evening in the beer garden, overspilling onto the cliff top. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast team seemed short staffed (just 1) but he was calm and helpful and efficient (lots of people would have turned into Basil Fawlty).
Good food too. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved it.
