Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. Even our teens enjoyed it here, the modern living room has Wii and Xbox , its all just very well thought out. We will be booking again. The rooms with sea views are worth a s

We stayed at lazy waves for a couple of night, The owners was great supplied information where to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was excellent and nice and fresh dining area is very cosy. the peace and quiet and fantastic view from the room, the delicious home-made granola and door-step granary toast for breakfast, nice little touches like current magazines, binoculars and beach games to borrow, the local knowledge, freshly baked cakes and friendly service provided by the proprietors

My girlfriend and I had a superb 3 night day despite the poor weather! Glen the owner made us feel most welcome and he also cooks a fantastic breakfast! glen the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. the breakfast was excellent from a full English with cereal and toast to any combination, nothing was too much trouble.
our room was a small double with an en-suite, it was adequate for our needs. Glen changed the towels and cleaned our room daily.

GREAT location for Newquay beaches and South West Coast Path. A lovely B&B with friendly hosts. Room was clean, cosy, spacious and very well equipped. Cindy and Ashley were so genuinely welcoming and friendly. The room was uniquely decorated, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was superb. We were given great advice on the locality and where to eat etc. Cindy's ducks are well loved and cared for. We departed with a very favourable impression of Newquay.

The rooms were nicely designed & very spacious
The people that run the B&B were very friendly and helped with planning our days out as we had never been to this area. We had breakfast included which was great every morning, full English but there was other options I.e. cereal, toast etc. Location was perfect, we did drive mostly everywhere but everything was no longer than a 10 minute drive from the B&B. Being on the outshirts was the best as there was hardly any traffic noise when

I loved that we were made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The couple had a good knowledge of the local area despite only bring in place for the last six months. The breakfast was excellent my husband even had scrambled eggs & smoked salmon one day!! All in all we had spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary

A warm and friendly welcome greeted us on our arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lovely clean rooms (ours had a sea view) and everything we needed to hand. To top it all off the breakfast was superb - best full english I've had in a long time. Next time we head for Newquay we will be booking in at the Kallacliff

Charming, considerate, welcoming hosts -very concerned that we should be comfortable (I have a minor mobility problem and we were given a choice of rooms.) Absolutely beautiful-from the moment we arrived - before checkin time, although we were given our keys and Karenwas happy for us to use our rooms straight away! The house is very tastefully decorated and everything looked fresh and VERY clean. Breakfast was well cooked and nothing was too much trouble - by far the best B and B we have ever stayed in - thankyou to Karen and mark the place is a credit to you
